To all those who reblogged my post with a photo of a huge demonstration in Moscow. There was a mistake, that picture wasn’t taken yesterday feb 4th 2012, but on dec 25th 1991 at the official end of the Soviet Union.
However there really was a huge demonstration yesterday in Moscow, it looked more like this :

Lagos Grounded By Occupy Protesters On Day 2
A huge protest movement is in progress in Lagos on a second day of strike action over removal of gasoline subsidy in Nigeria. Some 500,000 Nigerians massed at the Gani Fawehinmi Park in Ojota area of Lagos singing and chanting protest songs.

Since 1970, Native Americans and supporters have gathered each Thanksgiving Day in Plymouth, Massachusetts(home of the alleged first Thanksgiving) to protest the genocide of Native people committed by the pilgrims and other European invaders.
Activist were peacefully protesting on their campus at University of California, Davis Quad.
Friday afternoon police showed up in riot gear to disperse the protesters by using pepper spray at point-blank range.
